If your upload speed drop compares to download speed then make sure your ISP does not make any bandwidth limit settings for upload in your network. You can log in modem and go to the bandwidth management option to make sure there is no bandwidth limit added that limits your upload speed for each user as per limitation settings.

Contact ISP to confirm Upload speed drop from Server

If your upload speed drops suddenly and you not getting it like before so it might be a dropping issue from the ISP side. Contact your internet service provider to confirm if any drops and issues from their end due to any server load, cable issue, or any other that affect internet speed.
